Business Messaging Platform – IP switch Sep 10, 2024 10:00-10:05 CEST
Because of ongoing improvements to improve our service we have planned to following maintenances.

HTTP
On the 10th of September around 10:00 am CEST we will start using 85.119.48.98 as the IP address for the following gateways in Europe:
• gw.cmtelecom.com
• sgw01.cm.nl
• sgw02.cm.nl
Note that we advise customers to use our endpoint via Cloudflare via gw.messaging.cm.com this way you can use redundancy/shorter paths through the network.

SMPP
On the 17th of September around 10:00 am CEST we will start using 85.119.48.101 as the IP addresses of the following servers:
• smpp178.messaging.cm.com
• smpp179.messaging.cm.com
• smpp180.messaging.cm.com
• smpp181.messaging.cm.com
• smpp182.messaging.cm.com
• smpp183.messaging.cm.com

The ports that are being used will not change.

Note that we advise customers to use one of our endpoints via Cloudflare via smpp_sgw.messaging.cm.com of smpp_gw.messaging.cm.com this way you can use redundancy/shorter paths through the network.

Resolved - On 16-05-2024 around 22:00 CEST the disruption on the suppliers side has been completely resolved.

Update - Our supplier has informed us that the POS flow has been restored at 20:30 after performing a failover on their side.
The refund flow is currently still not working.

The failure cause was not related to the network but to a power outage afferting our suppliers POS mainframe.
We will inform you as soon as the matter has been completely resolved.

Identified - Our supplier has confirmed that the failure cause is identified and related to a network change deploy on their end.
Technical and applicative teams are working on restoration of the flow.
We will inform you as soon as this matter has been resolved.

Investigating - Currently, there is a disruption with one of our suppliers, which means that it is not always possible to use payment cards at terminals. We see that the problem is already decreasing and expect it to be resolved shortly. Since the disruption is not with CM but with one of our suppliers, we unfortunately have no influence over it.

We will inform you as soon as the matter has been resolved. If this does not happen within 1 hour, you will receive an update.
